If the product delivered to you is defective or damaged, please return it to us for a full refund. 

Graamiya Saangamam makes every effort to ensure products arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event of a product coming damaged, customers should contact Customer Services within three days of receipt and return the package to be sent within seven days for a replacement or refund.


If your purchase from is found to be damaged or defective, please return it to us, as per the instructions above, for a full refund. Refunds for valid claims will be made via the same method or bank transfer.


You may cancel your order before it is marked shipped. Once it is shipped from our end, we may not be able to cancel your order. In this case, you are free to refuse the order when it arrives. In both cases, we will issue a full refund, and the same will be credited back to the original source of payment. The refund may take 9-10 working days to reflect in your bank/credit card account. However, it depends on your bank policies.
